A dire warning (as well as spoiler alerts) on a movie made based on Phillip Pullman's book The Golden Compass. I'd read about Pullman a while back and have already warned my ten-year-old god-daughter to stay away from the books he writes since one of his goals is to help children discard God. I've already forwarded the post below to my sister and mother, so they can be on guard and can warn other parents.
