It is almost creepy how accurate this was.  I took a 100-question personality quiz to get the results.  Only thing that is WAY off is the major in chemistry.  But maybe that would have been a better choice for me.  Who knows?  I'm just not much of a Science Girl.

COFFEE!!!!

I saw this quiz at Amy's place. I took it twice, though, since I take chocolate AND peppermint in my coffee. The answer was the same either way. Too bad we can't click multiples for that last question.

What Your Latte Says About You

You are easygoing and pretty simple to please. You don't put up a fuss... ever.

You can be quite silly at times, but you know when to buckle down and be serious.

You have a good deal of energy, but you pace yourself. You never burn out too fast.

You're addicted to caffeine. There's no denying it.

You are responsible, mature, and truly an adult. You're occasionally playful, but you find it hard to be carefree.

You are deep and thoughtful, but you are never withdrawn.

BTW, I haven't actually had many (most?) of these, but I used to work in restaurants with bars. So I had to know my drinks.

Score!

Hooray! I love this guy!

Which famous author/poet are you?
created with QuizFarm.com
You scored as William Shakespeare

You are most like William Shakespeare, considered to be the greatest writer in English. Mystery surrounds his life, but scholars know he had a wife and family, who was not around much because he was in London writing and directing plays at the famous Globe Theater, where he produced plays that everyone of any background could enjoy. His sonnets show his mastery of style. His plays show his insight into human nature, as he has created some of the greatest characters in all of literature. His works are too many to list, but some include "Hamlet," "MacBeth" and "Twelfth Night."

Dopey Quizzes

When I ought to be getting breakfast and school underway.

First up, the puctuation personality quiz. I've been intrigued, and, except for the leadership thing, this is pretty close to me.

You Are a Colon

You are very orderly and fact driven.

You aren't concerned much with theories or dreams... only what's true or untrue.

You are brilliant and incredibly learned. Anything you know is well researched.

You like to make lists and sort through things step by step. You aren't subject to whim or emotions.

Your friends see you as a constant source of knowledge and advice.

(But they are a little sick of you being right all of the time!)

You excel in: Leadership positions

You get along best with: The Semi-Colon

I wouldn't say that I'm "brilliant," though. LOL! I wonder if Soccer Dad is a semicolon. (Hint, hint, honey.)

Thought I'd also take this one, even though I knew the results would be like this. I'm sure I know which Soccer Dad would be, too.

You Are 20% Extrovert, 80% Introvert

You are quite reserved

You aren't afraid of social situations...

But you very much prefer to go it alone

And why not? You're your own best friend!

Aw, Man!

As seen at Amy's blog. I am totally bummed that I'm not Pam! :(

Maybe Soccer Dad will take this quiz later on. This is, after all, his favorite show.

Okay, I retook it, and this is what I came up with the second time:

I think it was the book question. I'd bring the Bible, though if I could have a second, Lord of the Rings would be it. Ah, well.

Just Watched It Today!

Hat tip to Esther:

Your Christmas is Most Like: Miracle on 34th Street

Sweet and caring, Christmas is about helping for you.
While Santa may not exist, you try to share his spirit.

This is one of my favorite Christmas movies. I think I'm wearing out my video copy of it. Maybe Santa will bring me a new one of this and the original "Grinch" on DVD. And Charlie Brown. All on DVD. Maybe.
Hey, THAT'S what I want for Christmas. Even more than the food processor. Really. (Plus, they're easier to store than the processor.)

Quiz Time!

Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

Very popular, one of you is not enough.

Like Sarah, who found this via Barb, this is my husband's favorite, too. :)

Wonder what the Soccer Dad would be...

Maybe he can take time out of his busy business trip schedule to find out. :)

Oh, I also decided to take this one:

You Are a Ferris Wheel

Deep down, you are a fun, whimsical, and easygoing person.
You often enjoy life for what it is, and the littlest changes in course can be quite thrilling.
In relationships, people tend to feel what you feel. It can be liberating at first...
But after a while, the people closest to you end up feeling a little trapped.

Your life has perfectly normal cycles of ups and downs.
However, you can't help but sometimes feel that you're missing out on the most exciting aspects of life.
You only are happy when you're experiencing the highest of highs.
Your low points just make you feel depressed, restless, and bored.

At your best, you feel on top of the world with a great sense of perspective.
You believe that anything is possible, and that you are happily looking down on everyone else.
At your worst, you feel like your life is going in circles. You often feel like you're not going anywhere.
This is sometimes psychologically disorienting. And sometimes it brings on a sense of hopelessness.

Big Surprise!

I'd seen this in a couple of places, but finally decided to do the test. (I will have to get Hubby to remind me what his results are, too.)

Let me tell you, that first line is absolutely no surprise to me at all. And I don't think this has changed too much since college. (Though I admit that I might have been more feeling back then. But I can't be sure.)

Feminism Quiz

This quiz is definitely slanted towards feminism. For example, one question asks if you think that men and women should be held to the same sexual standards. (Of course!) But when you get to the second part of that question, it means that men don't have standards (they can sleep around) so women should be able to, as well. Since I didn't like the way things were phrased, I took the test with my second-choice answers as well. That's why there are two results.

You Are 55% Feminist

You aren't a total traditionalist when it comes to gender roles. But you're no feminist either.
You generally think that women should be treated as equals, but you're not convinced the world should be gender neutral.

You Are 43% Feminist

You aren't a total traditionalist when it comes to gender roles. But you're no feminist either.
You generally think that women should be treated as equals, but you're not convinced the world should be gender neutral.

By simply changing that one answer, plus the one about men's and women's jobs (which, again, is biased to get a feminist answer), I came out with a lower score.

Really, I am a true feminist. I believe that women are inherently worth as much as men. But I believe we are different, and those differences do not make one better than the other, but make us complimentary.

This totally fits me. Spring is my favorite season of the year, and that doesn't even have that much to do with the wonderful chocolate bunnies.

You Belong in Spring

Optimistic, lively, and almost always happy with the world...
You can truly appreciate the blooming nature of spring.
Whether you're planting flowers or dyeing Easter eggs, spring is definitely your season!

Hat tip to Amy, who might knit too much. ;)

P.S. and speaking of chocolate bunnies: One of the things I've always missed since moving away from Toms River, NJ, is the Old Monmouth Chocolate at Easter. Our Knights of Columbus council had fundraisers with the stuff, and it was absolutely the BEST chocolate I'd ever had. I haven't had a taste of Old Monmouth Chocolate since Easter of 1989. Sometimes I think about driving up to New Jersey during Lent just to get my hands on some of the chocolate. Oh, and visit my Nana, too. Not that my priorities are out of whack or anything...

I have to remember where that other quiz on this was...it was a bit more accurate and pegged me for South Jersey/Philly.

Quiz Time!

Baby Sister took these two quizzes, and so I thought I would, too.

You Are Blonde Highlights

Men see you as flexible and versatile - you fit in to every situation
You've got the inner glow of a blonde, the intensity of a redhead...
And the wisdom of a brunette.

(Yeah, the description on that one isn't totally accurate.)

You Are Somewhat Like Your Mom

Believe it or not, you and your mom are pretty darn similar.
It may not seem like it at times, but you and your mom have a lot of common ground.
Over time, you'll probably get closer ... especially if you emphasize the things you like about each other.

(That is actually true.)
Who are your heros?
